It's been a week since he popped the question and boy oh boy are you guys excited! Breaking the news has been a lot of fun.
Allison had the best reaction by far- she screamed so loud people in the next county could hear. I'd say both phone calls to my parents were eventful, however, Jeff stuck with tradition and asked their permission before proposing so they already knew - which I love.
I broke the news to my co-workers by sending a calendar invite. The first to notice the odd invitation was Kim (who recently married this past winter), "Nichole! Are you kidding!"
Joe actually accepted my invitation:
Ben followed with, "Is this an April fools joke?"
And my favorite, Mike shouted from the back conference room, "Does Jeff know?" Everyone's a comedian. Goofs n' spoofs.

Since last week there have been many emails, texts, tweets, facebook comments/likes, and good ol fashioned hugs and I'm doing my best to savor every moment of it. I know the next few months will be filled with planning and I'm certain that even I will be on wedding overload. Hang with me!
Also, the date is set! Jeff & I will will become Mr. & Mrs. Saturday, November 2nd 2013. We've also chosen venues for both ceremony & reception, our wonderful photographer, color scheme, and wedding party - we'll be sharing all the details soon. Can't wait you guys... this'll be one fun celebration.
