Thursday night I joined the lovely ladies of The Blogger Social in the suburbs of GR for cocktails, tasty eats and some great conversation.
This was my first Blogger Social and so I spent a good amount of my time getting to know the other bloggers. I was impressed initially with the size of the group, there were about 20 blog reps who attended last night's event, some who's writing I've read before and others who I met for the first time. Blog personalities included foodies, moms, fashion, interior design and even education.
Spending time with them made me want to cook more, become a mom, dress better, buy a house and design the inside of it. I'm only half joking.
The event was sponsored by some stellar local standouts including The Cakabakery, Doorganics, Darby Smart, Rebel Reclaimed, and more. Darby Smart even provided a sample of their product and sent a DIY ring dish project for everyone to try. Check out my blinged out boxer! (I realize Darby is not local).
